Heart Disease Prevention section two

Like I said before, this is the continue of 8 ways to prevent heart disease, this ways maybe need more effort to do, but its really useful if you want to be always healthy in your rest of life.
Here is the ways :
Moderate alcohol consumption
Excessive alcohol consumption increases the risk of hypertension, heart attack, and stroke. People who drinking should do so only in moderation and always responsibly.
Keep up a healthy weight
Healthy weight status in adults is usually measured by using weight and height to calculate a number called the “body mass index” (BMI). BMI commonly shows the amount of body fat. An adult who has a BMI of 30 or higher is deliberated obese. Overweight is a BMI between 25 and 29.9. Normal weight is a BMI of 18 to 24.9. Suitable diet and regular physical activity could assist to maintain a healthy weight.
