Management of ischemic heart disease : angina pectoris

Today, I get patient who have chest pain. When I saw her, I feel really symphatic because she feel so pain that you can ever imagine, unscious many times and become so weak. But actually she didn’t come to me for her chest pain, but just for her fever. Because she said that she already went to many doctor and all of them said that her disease can’t be cure. So he already give up to get treatment for her chest pain.
So what’s her disease ? If the symptoms of chest pain like that. I believe she have angina pectoris. And there are 3 classes of drugs which are effective in the symptomatic management of angina pectoris. These 3 classes are nitrates, beta-blockers, and Ca channel blockers. But, beside the pharmacologic management you must change your lifestyles: cessation of smoking, low saturated fat diet, and regular low intensity cardiovascular exercise.
